Yeahhhh Eric, that is so nice what?
Love the satin color on the engine cases......
I noticed on the head you forgot to take out those anti vibrations rubber pills(blocks)? They must be hard as stones?I removed them with dremel
There will be a lot of running 34L soon what?
Keep pics coming
Karl
Got some more bits from the zinc dude, mainly carby parts plus a few bits I forgot the first time, even did the gold captive nuts in the battery box that the rectifier bolts to!
Put a few shiny bits on the carb.
Can't wait to hear the old girl run, even if I have to keep the silencer in long enough for rego.

Made some progress this week, zinc coated the horn mount and painted the black bits.
Then got on with putting the barrel and head on the motor.
Those dis-coloured allen bolts are all clean now

Onwards and upwards, slipped the donk into the frame!
Used my engine crane to tether the bike, made it real easy to raise or lower to align engine mounts and stop it falling off my dodgy work bench.
Continued on fitting wiring, oil lines and cooler etc. Really need to get a new oil tank and the long oil line that goes from lower left crankcase to top of tank.
