Love the satin color on the engine cases...... :omg:
I noticed on the head you forgot to take out those anti vibrations rubber pills(blocks)?They must be hard as stones?I removed them with dremel :idea:

Got some more bits from the zinc dude, mainly carby parts plus a few bits I forgot the first time, even did the gold captive nuts in the battery box that the rectifier bolts to!

Made some progress this week, zinc coated the horn mount and painted the black bits.

Then got on with putting the barrel and head on the motor.

Onwards and upwards, slipped the donk into the frame!

Used my engine crane to tether the bike, made it real easy to raise or lower to align engine mounts and stop it falling off my dodgy work bench.

Continued on fitting wiring,oil lines and cooler etc. Really need to get a new oil tank and the long oil line that goes from lower left crankcase to top of tank.
