They look like the aluminium rims.

OK so cleaned them up, they aren't too bad but still showing black pitting.
I have established that they are Austenitic stainless steel therefore won't attract a magnet.
So Was thinking of ceracote but I cant find anybody to do near me here in France.
So I think I am just going to paint them and fit new spokes.
Any tips on paint colour and type please to try and keep them looking as original as possible
