The motor looks OK so far,.5 oversize and no wear.
Been real busy at work but should get some time to work on it soon.

Bought a few bits off Ebay, a mint exhaust for $45,a brake light and a oil strainer

Have not split the cases yet Mezo.Off on a quick road trip down to Byron Bay to pick up the old bitza.
Apparently its a 34L in a 49L frame and a TT front end

No Mezo it's a different piece of crap Went down this morning and picked up the poor old bitza.
Got her home and wetted it's head with a few FATYAKS
Its been butchered with a possible XT250 rear wheel that has a alloy bracket on the swingarm to hold the drum plate.Oh and the wrong snail adjusters.
The front has I think a early TT600 wheel and forks.
The tank is awesome although it looks shit from the outside,these are the worst dents with the left side only having a couple of minor dings but when you look inside she is clean and shiney and still has all the baffles and I believe about 2ltrs of Super fuel
Oh and this is my brothers ex Gowanloch bevel race bike that competed in the Super bike series here in Aust in the 80's,fuck it sounds nice

He has not sold it,it's owned by his boss but my brother restored it and it was thrashed around Lakeside yesterday

Pulled the 3AJ motor apart today and 5th gear is fugged,so much for the extra oiling and strengthening that was supposed to stop this
Cleaned up the 34L bitza and unfortunately it has thrown the chain at some point and broken the left case
