Mate is that an "eagle Screens" screen and how do you find the screen, I'm 190cm (6"4' in the old money) and find most screens just put the blast and turbulence (noise) right on my helmet!

Oh and another parcel, saw this complete gearbox on US Ebay for $45 and it was described as very good condition,so I asked if there was any wear or pitting and he said that the gears looked like new :confetti: So I took the punt and it paid off, this is as good as you can get without buying new :shades:

Hi Zonda,

Yes it's an "Eagle Screens" screen from W.A. It is a 400mm tall screen listed for an XT600E - choice of dozens of colours. The seller did suggest he thought it would be too tall, I am so glad I didn't listen cause it's perfect for me, I am 6'2" tall. :thumb:

The bracket kit supplied (at extra cost) I used perhaps 3 bolts from it, but instead I made the stablizer bar - which is tilt adjustable with thumb screws. My last posted picture shows the best compromise level for me - so to prevent unwanted "slip" the slide has been taped. Also note that the cowl is at least 150mm further away from the bars than an original Tenere - which does help eliminate buffeting, although you never erradicate wind noise unless you dip your helmet behind it...
