and its started to get worse at the end of last year.
All i was going to do was take out the engine but by the time i had done it is nearly in bits.
Jobs to sort
Sort out crank
check clutch and replace
install new steering bearing
install new wheel bearing
install new shock and swing arm bearings
replace one leaking fork seal
fit new chain & sprocket
spray or powder coat frame
spray oil tank
polish and laquer swing arm
fit taller bars
fit new plastic and decals
Here is how it panned out today.











As you can see there is a fair bit of scouring which has led to wear , though the piston is good
as is the barrel so maybe just a new set of rings and a hone out will suffice.




I have considered reaming out the little end and pressing in an oilite bush but i think the is too much
wear at the top end of the crank.
