Recommended road focused tyres

I am rebuilding a set of wheels ane want to buy some road focused tyres for touring when i will not be offroading.

The very offroad focused knobblies i have are frankly terrifying in the wet and not suited to lomg distance road work.

I would prefer that they still look chunky and have found Conti TKC 70 Rocks but know nothing about them.

Any one got any recommendations?

If they have the size, Pirelli scorpion str, as oem on the T7. They’re amazing on road. You can throw the T7 into corners like no tall dual sport should.
