Ok help needed here please
Ive not been able to start the bike since getting it
So far Ive put a new battery on it stripped and cleaned the carbs fresh fuel, new coil & plug Iv'e a very good spark
Just done a compression test and its very low almost no reading at all but I suspect I'm not doing something right,
Do these bikes have a decompression valve?
Any suggestions gratefully recieved TIA

Iirc its built into the cam sprocket.
