Does anyone know where you can find a suitable replacement or blank to fit in these lamp holders?

What the lamp? (globe/bulb) whatever you call it, it says its a T4W

Nah. The holder/plug assy. Yamaha don't stock them anymore. I've got one, and the rubber boot is knackered (as you can see). And the other light has none at all. Basically I want to keep the dust out of my lights.
