Sticking Carb

Post by Benjii »

Hi all

been a while,,,work keeping me away!!!!
Rebuilt carb ( no more leaks ), new manifold rubbers & seals...
Got her running, quiet smoothly thumping away.
BUT, sticking at full throttle, it's catching right down at the carb whether on the bike or off. Doesn't take much to release but frustrating.
Has anyone had this problem??? Any advice???

It doesn't take much to cause a slide to stick. Super clean the slides and bores, especially the vertical slit. Check for any slight burrs and carefully dress them down.
