Hello again, i found today a used but ok pick up coil from 1990 XT 600. Pickup have the same 120 oms coils like my on 34L but it have different bolt pattern.
Is is posbile to use rotor stator coil everything from that 90 engine end putt on my XT 34L from 1983. Thank you in advance.

I have never done it, so you will be the trailblazer!!
The diameters of the rotor changed along with the number of mounting bolts. As well there is differences due to CDI and TCI ignition. Be very carefull and check everything.

I dont know what to do, my pickup is working now but it is in bad shape. A have two more ok pickup-s from 3AJ 1VJ it is the same pickup like mine and it same number on the body of pickup A-1. But the brackets are not the same. I just need one ok pickup for 34l and i will be happy.
