Needed - Stainless Spokes for 34L

Post by vanandy »

Afternoon from a cold and cloudy Isle of wight

Bikes stripped down (photos soon) Many things are rattling round my head but for now I'm thinking parts.

I'm having trouble finding (one of many) Stainless steel spokes, I can buy some from Germany but surely someone must have a supply in the UK?

Are the rims/size the same on other models? - even so I struggle to see other model spokes.

Expect more stupid questions.

You could try ringing Steve at wheel wise in cowfold not too far from Isle of Wight on the scale of things..I've had some spoke sets made for a few of my older yzs previously..if you can't find his number I've probably got it somewhere..

Central wheel components in Birmingham.... they're the cheapest..

http://www.central-wheel.co.uk/spokes/spokes.html

sometimes they are a real pain in the arse, but "usually" they get the stuff out pretty quick.. check my rebuild threads, you'll see them
