Most probably took them off as you need to loosen the screw and flip the holder back to open the cap

The only issue seems to be the size of the package, and (perhaps) import taxes (not sure how it works for you guys).
If you need my help, please, let me know. I bought all the plastics for my blue 2TY (1VG) and I am happy with the quality of the material (value for money).
I will try to contact them this week and explain that they are missing sales. Eric, I decided not to use the plastic cover for the disc, because our summer can be very hot and I have read some comments in the Brazilian XT 600 club about overheating experiences that I am planning to avoid.

Marcio, I am interested in the yellow disk cover and the rear blue cover behind the seat, there will be no taxes involved here.Could you find out the total cost for me including shipping and help me order?

Got 2 parcels today, 1 from the Pommy XT specialist with a air cleaner and I regret to say a seat cover that fits like all the rest of the covers I have bought from him I was hoping that maybe the 3AJ one's were better then the 34L's but I suspect he has the same blind monkey sewing these as well.Not long after I ordered it I remembered the KIWI's make some really nice covers cheaper Parcel 2 was from a Aussie mob that included a new screen $63,speedo and tacho (3AJ) cables,rubber flap for inner guard and a few small bits, all were genuine Yamaha parts and cheap

After reading about ill fitting covers on here, I ended up taking the one I ordered (same place) to a localish pro (not picked it back up yet) his advice was to send it back , but he is making and fitting a new one for about £40, will post details when I get it back.

Hey Jibber, it's my own stupid fault for buying another seat cover,never again Got an old school friend who does all of my machining to press off the old gear and fit the new one.

Found a crack around the cam chain guide holder on the left case, so I got him to tig it up.

Have everything now to rebuild the motor,forks and swing arm, still waiting on the spokes from Kedo.

Got my 2nd parcel from Partzilla,now I have both NOS hand guards,got the obsolete right hand one from E bay France

Assembled most of the engine TWICE as I forgot a spacer on the counter shaft that the 34L does not have I still have about 4mm of end play on the counter shaft, does the front sprocket pull up against the bearing when the nut is tightened and remove this endplay. I have already lost the old sprocket so I can't check.


Started putting the kicker shaft in and then realised that I did not have a spring retaining pin that presses into the case so had to abandon that idea.

Luckily though the oil pump is rooted so I had to make another order from Partzilla and have ordered the spring retainer
