Guys, the link of the website I suggested is the one on the Facebook link that Mezo included in his post.
The problem is that in Brazil the side panels are the same for the 1VG (2TY in Brazil). you can google it and check the side panels of the 2VG (XTZ 600 Tenere produced in Brazil from 1990 until 1993).
Please let me know if you need the brazilian book of parts, the codes are not the same.(go figure)

As for the parts fiche, we have the Brazilian fiche in the "Hot Links" section of the forum & it would be nice to have the Euro 3AJ fiche if anyone knows where ones is ?

Mezo, I do have the 3AJ in Spanish, let me know how I can send it to you. I bought all the plastic parts for my 1VG (2TY in Brazil) and they were decent in my opinon. The price allow me to replace them every two or three years.

I have e mailed enquiring about international orders, but so far no reply.

Try sending the message in Portuguese (use google translator) and add a line explaining you got their contact using the XT 600 club. The shipping cost may be very high, because the parts are big (side panels). I would also suggest that you may want to put your local dealer with the company that makes these plastic covers (http://www.paramotos.com.br/.

My big box of parts from Partzilla arrived today,about $1250 US and there was no GST to pay when I picked it up Decided to put a new crank in it because at $300 it was cheaper then buying a rod, bearing and pin and then getting it fitted Heaps of others bits and pieces in there as well.Oh and I still have another order for about $600 ready to ship

We are on strike at work so I had a day in the shed. Bought a starter motor rebuild kit off E-Bay which has the wrong size needle bearing in it so I had to reuse the old one after I found all the needles that fell out when I removed it, tried getting the proper size from the bearing shop but they can't get that size. I didn't have any small zip ties so I used o-rings on the brushes

Got a set of fork boots from Daystar and some original fuel taps from CMSNL.

Bolted on the new switches and master cylinder.

It's like a giant puzzle putting every bolt back in the right spot it was missing the correct bolt for the front engine mount so I ordered one and fugg me it is black

Really enjoy bolting all the shiny bits on



Pick up the last of the powder coated parts tomorrow, rims,swing arm, hubs and forks and expect some more parts to arrive although Kedo seem to be dragging the chain on my ss spokes.
