The picture of the fuelpump, carburetor and again the other one with the hoses with hopefully the right labels.
Is "??????????" also a "breather/vent pipe"?
Where do I leave/put/mount the 'breather/vent pipes' hoses?

Yes that one is also a breather pipe... just run them all down under the bike, I usually tie them together & pass them through a hole in the sump guard, I leave about 2 or 3 inches hanging down...

Started with the wires and exept for the headlight section (still waiting for it) it all fits, did a first test with the taillight, brakelight and the turn lights and they work.
Found a problem when starting the engine, is only (electrical) starts when I pull the clutch. Found out the Neutral switch isn't working, have to buy a new one. Also found out the regulator/rectifier has a shortcircuit and also has to be renewed.

Is there a way to check the regulator/rectifier?

... and there is a oil-sensor at the left bottom of the engine but i can't find any wire to connect to it, not even in the schematics?

Oil sensor? Don't you mean the neutral light switch?... Blue wire, that's probably why it'll only start with the clutch in

Looks like someone has lost the drain plug & fitted whatever they had with the right thread.

Why would you fit an oil sensor in a dry sump?
Perhaps they thought flashing lights on the dash looks cool :shades:

I was thinking the same thing, i have an oil tank with a temp sender fitted which makes more sense.

If there's no wire to fit to it I'm fairly sure it's just a quick fix for a lost plug, it's what I'd have done :bag:

Seen Dr650s use the sump plug hole to fit a temp sensor when they use after market clocks, but they are wet sump.

Looks like it's leaking anyway :sherlock:
I'd just fit a new plug & washer & forget about it.

Is that oil pipe leaking as well?
