Want to ride mine, bit its chucking it down with snow here, which is fine, but the bloody road salt just fucks everything..
Rode the baby xt 125 home Friday night in the snow need to drown with something to stop it going bloody rusty now..
Plenty of cars fallen off the road but tiny xt chugged through it and got me 20 miles home ok.

Went for a short ride today on the new bike just to see how she goes, stopped in the see me brother who was not home and went to start her up again but was real hard to kick

Thought Oh shit she is starting to seize, got off and had a look and found that the decompression cable had snapped(the only cable I did not replace) thought about pushing her about 200m to a hill so I could bump start her but it was too bloody hot so I jumped on that kicker with all my 110kg

and managed to start her second go, I am sure glad I wore me work boots as the thongs would have been no good

I think if she had kicked back it would have sent me into orbit
Regards Eric

Had a day in the shed so I started on the pannier bars that attach to the rear rack, the right side is a real prick of a job as you must bend everything around the muffler.

The left was easy.

Mounted them to the where the rear pegs go.Still have to mount the 2x 100mm PVC pipe tool holders that will go under the rear of the rack, then weld everything up and paint or powder coat. Also I am going to make a headlight rack.

Been laid off from work so i went down the shed and attacked the rear rack, made the PVC pipe holders and painted it, will get it powder coated later if everything seems good.

Changed the hoop on the rack so it can be removed if I don't want to have the gearsack bag on.Also started on the headlight rack.

Hopefully I will get out on some rides if it stops bloody raining.
Regards Eric
