1vj exhaust and oil leak question, incl Movie

So I had a short shakedown ride today. Oil was pissing out the rpm cable and had a strange noise at 4000rpm.

The oil leak is coming from the cable, so ordered new seals and that will be an easy fix.

The noise is coming from the right hand side of the exhaust port, It’s the gasket that is leaking. I checked and ordered new studs and a gasket. The thing is it’s only leaking from around 4000rpm or when hitting the gas hard.

Does anybody seems familiar with such an issue?

Sounds like you’re all over it. It’s nice when faults are spotted early. As you’re delving into the right hand side, double check the auto decomp adjustments too.

Found the oil leak….gearbox is broken in half, don’t now how….

Exhaust is still leaking with new studs and new gasket, damn bike.

Found the leak….headgasket

So I’m able to source a 34K03 cilinder, which is improved, more cooling fins and deeper threads. Before I buy, can anyone confirm it will fit the 1vj cranks and the 1VJ head?
