This is floating around, you can buy it off eBay. But I have just spent a couple of hours recognising text and adding bookmarks to make it a bit easier to navigate. Thought I'd share.
The crucial bookmarks don't show up in every PDF reader. (Not visible in Apple's Preview on a mac, visible in Acrobat Reader and Google Chrome.) It's worth finding the bookmarks.
