Idle gear problem?

Hello,
I own a TTR600 from 1999.
After braking my ratchet wheel guide I completely changed the complete kickstart axel and guide. After reassemble I noticed a strange sound in the kick start, when the bike was in idle. It sound like two gears not really engaging. My guess the problem was the idle gear?
I took the bike apart again to check the idle gear, and noticed there is a "sideway play" in the gear. But the bushing in the gear looks ok, and I thing it is only like 0,01 out of spec?
I can't really find the problem, and everything seems to be correctly mounted? See attached pictures.
If anyone have any ideas, please point me in the right direction.
I also have video of the idle gear play, and the strange sound in the kickstart, when in idle. But I do not now how to share it hear?

Did you put original replacement parts for the guide in, or did you change anything? If e.g. the angular piece below the guide was doubled up or replaced by a DIY solution, the guide may not be able to lift the ratchet out of engagement completely.

Is the guide new or second hand? If second hand, could it be slightly bent? It needs to be perfect and as asked above the correct stopper plate is under the guide? I see you also need a new locking plate.
