Let me know if you need anything and if I have it, I'll put it on eBay for a reasonanable Buy it now price.

That advert was 2018 & id imagine he did as he said & stuck it on ebay, you could try sending him a PM as he`s not logged in since March last year.

Just to put you out of your misery, I bought all the 1VJ stuff he had.
I'm currently rebuilding it. As it wasn't matching numbers or particularly nice I went down the route of modifying it or a resto mod as our American friends would say...
The engine cases were literally grenaded, so I bought a 3TB motor. Currently rebuilding it.
I had a YZ250 front end so that's been modified to fit. Fork stanchions are currently being ceramic coated black. It's also had an oversize front disc fitted.
Swing arm has been done and will have a Wilbers suspending it. Retained a drum rear brake.
Oversize foot pegs by Bosley off here.
Wheels have been rebuilt with oversize stainless spokes on rear and gloss black excels. Fitted with new Mitas E09 Dakar tyres, and a Renthal alloy sprocket anodised black.
Digital dash, remanufactured loom with any excess wiring removed, motogadget m-lock and Zeeltronic programable CDI. LED front light board.
Seat is a Gauloises replica made by Viking seats with an alcantara top.
Brand new Arrow pipe ceramic coated gloss black.
Bodywork has been sprayed Yamaha white with frame colour blue speed blocks in the 1VJ style.
Probably forgotten something but I'm well chuffed so far

These are earlier photos.
The forks are away being coated at the moment.
I've also used new TDM switch gear both sides as I want it to be 100% reliable.
I'm really pleased how the colourway has worked.
When I've finished the dry build the frame will be powder coated in exactly the same blue as the speed blocks.
