1VJ front caliper

Hi everyone,

I just picked up a beautiful 1986 Tenere for a restoration. I'm trying to make the main things work now but I have a bent front caliper. I'm not sure how it happened but I need a new caliper. Do you know any other model that will fit?

According to the parts catalog it's 1VJ-258010-10. But there's nothing on eBay currently.

I was trying to get a repair kit for this caliper and the vender said the 3AJ and 1VJ ones are different. But the guy that sold me the caliper say they are the same. Do you know if both calipers are the same or no?

They (1VJ & 3AJ) share the same part number 1VJ-2580T-00 read the fiches.

From my understanding the 55W is also the same as the 1VJ & 3AJ although it shows another part number 55W-2580T-00 from the previous years model, im sure its the same calliper.
