The red brake lines as "MONO SHOCK" stickers on the swingarm realy have to be changed also. (oil tank maybe to!)
But other than that looking Great...........................even not bad before, was different

The red brake lines are staying, as is the oil tank (all my bikes have white frames & red oil tanks, regardless of colour)..... might change the swingarm stickers though...

Geoff, the Tenere #2 looks really nice, one thing that would be a dot on the i in my opinion would be yellow front disc protectors, but sure a head turner as it is. The golden rims rock.

Yes it does mate, very comfortable.... especially with my fucked knees....
... think I'll be having some more, highly recommended.One thing though, if you're just using these on the road, the sharp points on the surface of the pegs could do with filing off a bit... could be
a bit dodgy....

Tenere 5 came from Shadwell, a member on here who'd bought it to do up... think he ran out of patience with it, couldn't get it started. I'm not surprised to be honest, the inside of the carbs were gummed up really bad, probably the worst I've seen. But it's probably the best one I've bought, condition wise, or it was till I started nicking stuff off it
These were his pics after he bought it...
The bike wasn't as complete when I got it, Shadwell had stripped various parts off it.... carbs, fuel pump, etc...
It's been stood & not started for about 14 years now I reckon & only covered about 18,000 miles...
