X40FOX

Post by Yami »

I have found a X40FOX silencer and just wanted to know if there are someone here that still makes the downpipes in Stainless?
Can´t find out who made them.
If that part is so shiny the rest (downpipes and adaptor to X40FOX) also needs to be shiny. smile:

I used Devil front pipes on my 3AJ (SS) i got them from Kedo, and the mid pipe i had made locally by an exhaust guy (i supplied the flange).

Ok, if someone had built a bolt on set I might would have gone that direction.
To pricy otherwise. We´ll see what I choose to do later on. Thanks for info. smile:

Kawasaki kxf 450 silencer fits straight on original header pipe,a small bit of adjustment is needed on the kawasaki silencer bracket to clear seat mountings...if you can get a standard one secondhand for very little money its well worth while...quite a lot of motocross people seem to think the bike won't function with the standard silencer and a bike that's too powerful for them to start with needs further enhancement...
I would like an arrow for mine sometime as its sort of correct looking for period but I'm far too busy beating the bike up at the moment to worry about vanity and stuff..

Thanks Marc. It is Always nice knowing of options. I just bought the X40FOX so I have to go that direction for a starter.
Viewing my new purchase, the XT600 kickstarter bike, gave me a Stainless set of downpipes. Needs much polishing though and I only miss the
middle piece now. I Think I can make that piece myself. Mezo just mailed me how to make the flange. Thanks Mezo. :thumb:
