3yf engine casings, 105 piston . long stroke crank with lightning rod giving 760cc. over racing valves and valve guides / springs & retainers. flowed head with stage 2 or3 billet cam. yzf450 clutch. supertec gearbox . twin 33mm keihin cr carbs. oversize slip joint headers with reverse cone mega pipes. yamaha factory black box with 5 maps and adjustable rev limitover. 60bhp at 8500rpm with just under 50ft lb torque over wide range. 3yf main frame relocated footrest mounts. bespoke subframe , factory BYRD OHLINS shock on custom linkage operating hand fabricated swingarm , heat treated crack checked and shot peened. QD Talon rear wheel with captive NISSIN caliper. billet yokes with yzf450 48mm KYB forks with OHLINS internals, Talon front wheel with BRAKING carbon centred 300mm disc and NISSIN caliper. EXCEL rims, up and over airbox . 2x 10ltr NS4 front fuel tanks with carbon fibre covers, 20ltr NS4 underseat fuel tank. lithium battery behind engine. carbon fibre fairing . 2 bolt swan neck with ICO & MD roadbook . LED rear light 2x 60w front lights. MAGURA controls. NS4 sumpguard with twin 2ltr water tanks. twin rads with ktm cooling fans with manual overide. 170kg with oil water and 5ltrs fuel. top speed 186kmh
