Well done on the graphics, always a bit nervous the first time.

I've wrecked a few graphics by getting them wrong and loosing patients by the fourth or fifth try. I now use "Sticker On", basically a soap, to apply them now. It allows you to place and move the stickers around before setting them by squeegee the soap out from underneath.

Well the weathers less stressful so its time to get the bike running, MarcM is busy building the engine so its only polite to provide a bike for it to run.



Some pictures of a rolling chassis thou lots of bits still to be fitted, hopefully next week as I've got the week off, the weekend if I can talk the misses out of going to Brighton. LH Side cover has fell off.





I managed to cut off the lugs off of the incorrect side covewr and arradite to the broken left side cover.

I've a small problem, the chain adjuster brackets have to sit inside the swingarm right? I've received 2 new brackets but one won't go over the spindle, I'm guessing there for a later model and the only option is to drill it out.

Thanks mezo, that's the ones, snail cams, weird description for chain adjusting brackets, then again they do look like snails.
So I've got later model cams as one doesn't go over the axle shaft as if it wants to sit outside the swingarm, I need a big drill bit.
Great news its going to piss down today so I'm not going to Brighton, bike and van getting some attention.

Doing some wiring today amongst other things, including a trip to the chilli festival, mental stuff, I need a new tongue, lungs and heart.

Found this lying around, as you do if your a messy rebuilder like me, rubber and round, Any idea? probably an engine seal? (Marc you may need one) .



Also, I bought a carb repair kit and it came with this needle on the left, correct one right, I don't think this is the correct part, I've looked see if I could fit but I can't, can someone please confirm before I return to M and P.

That red O-ring looks like the one that you need on the cooler to conect to the engine or between the exit and inlet ports.
Use the original carb part if it was not leaking gas......

Thanks Karl, I think I can remember seeing it on the oil lines.

As for the carb, when I picked up the bike it was leaking fuel that could have come from anywhere, was just doing as a matter of course, its probably ok, but I think I'll return this kit for the correct one.
