Urgent help (I know title sucks but its really urgent)

Like 99.5 problem resolved with pilot screw. I don't know what it had with choking in mid range but it resolved it.

I was screwing it out 1/4 turn and trying / driving. It is 4.75 turns out now. No firing from exhaust, no tjuf, tjuf sound, no mid range crisis.

Only thing left is that it hesitates a little on first millimeter of throttle. It is not noticeable in ride.

I will have to review things little more.

My friends just got back from Romania. Only thing that kept me home was few screw turns :|

You need a bigger pilot jet Velja (Have you already put a bigger 1 in )

Anyway it needs to be bigger, 4.75 turns out is too many & you risk the screw dropping put.



The above photo shows why the pilot fuel circuit affects mid range, as the throttle slide rises the fuel diverts to the hole above the jet & is not governed by the mixture screw.

Get a bigger jet & re-adjust the mixture screw

Free options 1st

Lift the left hand carb needle 1 groove, re-adjust your miture screw & see what effect that has.

I am driving it with this setup until winter comes. It is acceptable. I will surely try your suggestion.

I am too much enjoying my daily rides to pull it apart again. :)
