I found a very handy site where you can check the sizes of bike parts, it's in dutch but it has pictures.. so maybe you guys can use it as well. when u hover over the "I" you can see the sizes.

Great project you did Chicko, I like the idea of a XT/tenere with USD forks.. makes it look a litter more of the modern dirtbikes. If i may ask: what year WR forks did your brother used for his XT fork swap?
