Could anyone tell me about these two bearings in the gearbox of their XTZ660.

Are they open both sides or are they 2RS sealed bearings with the inner seal removed.

I see in the oil flow diagram that oil is pushed into cavities formed in the casing around the end of the gearbox shafts and in turn, into a drilled hole in the two shafts. The oil is then forced through down the hollow gear shafts and out once again through drilled holes to lubricate the gears .

I feel that if they where open bearings some of this oil feed would find its way through the gaps in the bearing cage and not properly lubricate the internal drilled holes. But I could be wrong, maybe it doesn't matter that much.
