Touring Screen/Headlight Frame on 34L Tenere

Hi Guys

Lots of questions from my side :nordie:

I'm looking at fitting a screen on my 34L.

But want to keep some originality, dont want to start drilling holes in the plastics and all that.

Any ideas here?? I know the screen is actually of little purpose, these dogs are slow, but I'm short and I just LOVE the feeling of a screen in front of me.

I was actually thinking of fitting a headlight surround/guard, and then the screen attached to that, so that it flows " over " the standard and original headlight cowling...see Pics

..........Maybe just a plain flat Perspex screen, attached to the headlight cover?? Rounded aff at the edges etc etc

I'd like to adventurise this 34L up to a point where I could use it for 2/3 day trips

THANKS ALL  ...........some Examples shamelessly stolen from everywhere :chinese:

Some stolen from here

Yep its KGB (Kevin Graham Butler) who was a Tenere man for a while both on here & the HUBB but then disappeared? (long story) but no chance of getting him to build you any more & the rest is Riky Cross racing products.

Having all this stuff bespoke made or making it yourself is the only way to go to be honest, even Riky Cross is a long long wait.

Your best of taking your bike to a metal shop (fabricator) with some pictures & having the whole lot made custom for you, get a centre stand made at the same time along with pannier racks as i know that will be your next question.
