Hey everyone,
I've got myself into a bit of a stupid situation because of letting my very distant tight-arse irish heritage through... I wanted to replace ym 43f headlight, and then i found that the beam is the same as the xj750. theses were cheap and common on ebay so i grabbed one.
But then I realised I had to put the beam into the XT headlight frame. so stripped them down and started the swap, but now I'm stuck! in the bottom of the XT headlight frame the beam is held in by a little wire clip. 1st problem, i cannot figure out which way up the clip goes. 2nd problem...is that I have spent hours trying to figure out the first problem but failed.3rd problem is I cant see parts diagram or photos of anyone dealing with this spring.
MY 4rd problem is I havent bothered to figure out how to put pictures up since photobucket changed.
I'll work on this problem so you guys can help me fix the main problem
