Thought I could share some needed measurements for the drive chain tensioner, in case someone here interested in such DIY projects:
30X-22178-00, chain tensioner L=25mm, external D=35mm, internal D=20mm
4V4-22184-00 chain bush L=26mm,external D=18mm, internal D=13mm
90109-08705 bolt Hex size =17 mm, shoulder D=13mm L=28mm, thread M8x1
The above measurements are not 100% correct, I took them and extrapolated from some worn down parts, they are close enough.
used nylon as the base material.
