Hi,

With the annual MOT looming (16th May) I thought I would change the blown headlamp bulb, only to find that instead of the bulb it was one of the wires that had worked it self free. Look the bulb holder out with the aim of soldering the wire back on - took the bulb out and I has subsequently lost the circular contact that the wires are soldered to, I cannot find it anywhere!

Here is a photo of the bulb holder, not sure if it is a standard part or not but if anyone has a spare that they would like to sell me it would be much appreciated:

Managed to find a replacement on eBay!

Well done on the purchase.Costly enough for the originals.Both mine gave up but they can be re soldered with a bit of care.Its a bit fiddly and you need to insulate the wires against heat.
