Are they TT600 front forks they using,the axle is a fair way up from the bottom.I wonder what size the tanks were :sherlock:

They look like 55W forks (same as 1VJ) these pics were 1984 but im guessing they had available the next model forks (1985) the tanks i would imagine are custom (same as Sonauto) :nordie:

DUNE MOTOR (on Facebook) are the guys in the pictures from 1984 & are still making the 'one off' tanks & specialist parts, this is there current workshop/museum.

I think I read somewhere that they were TT"s with Tenere tanks.The rear guards and side covers look like TT.

Good memory Eric, if you look closer at the pics the blue French Sonauto bikes in the pics above are indeed TT`s (look at the frame by the footpeg) but these Italian bikes to me look like XT`s as they have the crossbrace in the same place & the rear part of the frame there is thicker than the TT.
