Most of the headers I've used on my rebuilds have been Motad .. though I have used Devil headers from Kedo once & another one on my TT bike but can t remember the name at the moment.
For the wheels i always have the rims and hubs powder coated and re spoke with stainless from Central wheel company... they do offer a refurb service too.
Yes you can fit a 140/80 on your 3AJ .... I have a 140/80x17 on the TT Tenere

Do you have any more pictures of the white whit blue seat/stickers aside the one I find on former page? Hole bike, side and different views...

Thanks mate, not so clean now though... after 15 or more laps of the TT course & about 1200 miles in our shite weather
