Does seem quite high.
Most are around 150psi or so.
I suppose with all the power, us TT owners are always over-jumping the triples and landing to flat.

Cam chain has been replaced. 4mm longer than the new one and the tensioners were shot.
Finally received the remaining lock washers and misc bits to button it up yesterday.
Should be significantly smoother but as I'm doing it, there may be some issues...
The 4 rubber bungs on the camshaft caps are cross referenced to seat bungs on some models...

The bits are on the bike.
Now to wait for little bro to come around and check it before torquing everything up and bending all the lock washers into place.
A couple of clutch pack steels look like they've had a bit of heat but all are in spec, as are the fiber plates.
They must not be original then...
Oh, and when I replaced the kicker shaft, it looks like I'd put it back together 1 notch out of alignment.
I thought something was fishy as it always needed a little prod before kicking.
Now to wait for little bro to come around and check it before torquing everything up and bending all the lock washers into place.

Just looked back at some of the previous pics in the thread and realised that a chunk of them disappeared in a hard drive crash back in the year that took out 3 months and 80Gb of data :oops:

Once it was all together, the decomp wouldn't engage.
Now to replace the missing front spoke and knackered bottom shock bearing and it should get a WoF...

Looks like I need to replace all the suspension bearings.
Good thing most of them are the same as for the CRF230F as they're half the price.
The shock bearing however is $85nz or $38us inc freight.
It's an IKO but isn't in any catalog...
