Nice job.How about with black valve and inspection covers....? I was thinking of just silver for the cover and black everywhere else,then you still get to polish the fins.
My 3AJ has had the whole barrel painted red! It's not even the white and red colour scheme

Hi Geoff,
Whats that stuff on your brakedisk? They are allways
Looking like they have been spayed with silver paint.
Isn t it bad for the pads? Or is it special stuff?

If I'm not using a new disc, which I'm not on the front of this... I paint the disc with heat resistant silver & shove a pair of knackered pads in the caliper, by the time I've pushed the bike around in the garage a few times the old pads have cleaned the paint off the braking surface, then I fit new pads.... It stops the edges of the discs going rusty (as they all seem to do)
