It may be worth you letting some of the twinshock motocross boys know about your pegs as quite a few yams out there racing.
There are some modern stainless pegs which can be adapted but it involves drilling original mounting holes out to 10mm plus a bit of grinding and pissing about,but they look shit compared to your pegs..your pegs look much better and would be a bolt straight on..

Fitted mine on the 34l last night..just need to wash the thing before I let anyone see it.also showed a couple of the guys that race twin shocks here in uk them at weekend and there's some interest in them.
