I've finally managed to find a swinging arm for this bike......
Delivered this morning... 30 quid
I've also bought a top yoke & bar risers off the same bloke..... just been taking to him, he's gonna sell me the front & rear calipers for 40 quid too.... he says they're not in good nick though...... can't be as bad as mine were surely..... anyway it'll be a challenge..

Had another delivery yesterday, calipers look pretty good, seller sent me two l/h switches though
one is for an S10 the other is a TDM one I think...
...
All I need now is a couple of decent rims & I can get started...

Need to strip the rear shock so I can get the spring powder coated, etc... however I don't have any bike spring compressors so.....
Squash the spring in the press & attach heavy duty cable ties...
Remove spring & ties from shocker & place back in press....
Carefully cut ties off spring & release pressure...
Easy peasy.....
