Sheepskins seems quite popular here as well. On the recent ride met with this cool guy kallie with his green funduro with sheepskin seat cover. Funduro named "kulula.sheep" . Kulula being a local airline with same green planes. Kallie must be the best part of 65 and have been biking since forever and still goes for rides through all these cool back roads. Hope to ride it out like that.

Yeah, I got the three liters (red) and the thicker five liters (white) from acerbis... ....
That would be nearly 50 liters = 1000 Kms if your ass will do.

Found an tool set,and changed those ugly looking hand protectors for ones more.......panzer style!

You can't get the original ones from the 34L, they are a different white . The one's Rudi sells and the same from Powersportsplus are from later XT's and fit but need a little modifing, I have these from Rudi on the "Old Girl".

It has been a nice summer time in Argentina.Did allmost every day comuting and working distances.During February also a vacation travel.Post some pictures on the fotograf section of it.
In all 19.200 km since rebuild.
After the rebuild of the pickup coil the kickstarting has been easy as E-start. Null problems! Even hot starting!
In december i replaced all the clutch discs,i suspect they where the original ones!Very cristalized if you compare them with the new OEM parts
During my vacation time two things(also originals) gave up!
Indicator relais,and H4 socket.....
All replaced and all working fine.
I am really surprised the endurance of all this parts!Many GS 800 drivers and similar bikes had much more problems in the same time frame with less milage.......
