Got me gearbox done today, nipped round the corner & borrowed me mate's press...

New shaft & old shaft...

New shaft built up...

New gearbox..... approx £150

It is easy, one of the circlips is a bit fiddly & you have to use a press to get 5th & 2nd gear off & back on the shaft but its a doddle..... now I've got to find someone to split my crank & change the conrod 'cos I haven't got the gear to do it ....

Spent hours yesterday cleaning & painting my crankcases ready to rebuild my engine ...... left the cases drying on top of our wheelie bin last night.... this morning someone has knocked the left side one of & broken it....
All that fucking work for nothing........ BASTARD....

Anyone got a set of 3TB cases?
