Is this one of them thar altitude thingamajigs? Sorry, this is the best picture I could do, my camera refused to focus on the part in question. It says "Mikuni Corporation" on the back and there's a pipe going to the carbs.

Mate we all have to start somewhere, thats what this place is here for to help guys out with problems. :book:

Its a diaphragm pump by the way, it uses the suction of the intake on the engine to operate, you will see one rubber pipe going to one of the intake boots (between the head & the carb) if that pipe is split/cracked it will not suck air correctly & your fuel pup wont work.
