Hi Fran is there any photos on how you mounted your bash plate? I've put a hole in my clutch cover from a stick and would like to make a bash plate for the TT just not sure on how and wear the mount it too.
there's a second hand cover on ebay that i'm going for and the next ride is at Palmer on the 30th of August. Its cutting it fine so hopefully I'll have done by then. Clutch cover not bash plate.

There are alot of older fella's riding 50+ My belief is just trail ride the course and stay on the bike. I will be 50 myself in Dec this year. The guy in front of me is the Sweep rider who was opening all the wire gates for the actual competitors. So i was number 1 off the rack. (Point Man) Yes the tracks were all good but a bit slippery in places that's for sure.

One bolt at the front and a pair of zip ties around the frame rails at the rear.
The zip ties are fine as they're just holding the plate straight and not taking any load or shear forces.


I'll have to take a photo of the rear ones as I didn't back then.
