I would like to get lowered footpegs -40 mm (Ideally, -50mm if possible) for a XL650V Honda Transalp. I live in Melbourne Australia

Sandblasting is over.

Now is possible powder coating BLACK or powder coating SILVER with fine structure (looks like sandblasting!).
