Yeah, if there's enough interest to make some, I'd be in.

If you can do the skirt around the mudguard then I know a bloke who would be interested. Whenever I meet him I never take my eyes off my bike in case mine goes missing! His bike is a near perfect restoration....almost.

He just stares at my front mudguard, it's real creepy!

Not sure what to do with the front mudguard as it has some splits on it , i have a nos headlamp cowl on its way and may have one or two
other nos lined up. Just managed to win a genuine 1vj rear silencer for £44 incl postage and have just fitted a good set of front pipes i
have had for a year or so, this is how i got on last week ( linky below )

Hi Bobster
I will rip the welded end plate off of the old silencer today and see whats behind it,
you never know there may be a baffle behind it.
Tank ! well thats crudded up and is dented both sides. It should be OK with some work though.

Hey Tommy ,you might laugh at this but in Aust your bike would be regarded as in good condition :bigeek: The Tenere's were used and abused and not many are left complete.

I will pull out the baffles as they look like they do want some cleaning.

On another point i have a spare rear rack for a 1VJ or 3AJ will need stripping and spraying,
if anybody is interested.

Here's a picture of the baffle end of the red & white 1vj baffle welded on, thought it was factory done but not sure.
