Hmmm how about a thread of vids that show the route we go to work. I am lucky enough to ride to work everyday, and have a choice of off road routes to take, thoughthe one in this vid is the one i use most often as its the quietest.

Yep, all I got from that was envy
A plug chop is where you ride at a constant thottle possision for 1-2kms, hit the kill switch & pull the clutch in at the same time then take your spark plugs out to see if the engines running rich or not, then do the same in a different thottle possision.
It's just a way of making sure your needle clip is in the right groove.
& yes, it is a twat of a job when the plugs are hard to get to.
The only other thing I can think of that gives high fuel consumption is a dirty air filter, but I suspect you have fitted a new one.
Hope the new fuel filter cured the starvation, now to cure the thirst
