There are exceptions to every rule
That's a special bolt.
Feel free to check any normal bolt if it ends in 06035 it'll be an M6 35mm.
Where bolts are shown with an odd length, it will be because they have a washer, for instance 90119-06063 will be an M6 with integrated washer 60mm.

You can use stainless bolts if you use a ceramic anti seize grease. Just sayin.

Interesting....but how do you then torque the bolts?
