I have been wanting to see an OEM tool kit. If you could when you have a moment lay out the tool kit & take a picture of what it contains. Thank you.

Bloody hell!!! :bigeek: What a fantastic find - I keep hoping I'll see something like this up for sale. I see a few 43Fs around but they're often in crappy condition. Well done for grabbing it.

Are you planning to get it dirty...? Be a shame not to, though I'd get a few studio shots done by a pro first, just as a memento...

I agree with Rich on that, get it super clean & grab some professional studio pictures. :rtfi:

Ok...I'll lay out the tool kit and take a pic. And I'll have Stacia clean the bike and take semi-pro pics...this bike should stay looking good , because my original xt will be my go to bike to ride. regards Mike :falloff:

I ordered and received an XT600 tool kit a few months back, now they are no longer available. I'd really like another. I have some of my original tool minus the plastic container. Parts are getting more and more scarce. Last year I bought both rear side panels for the 80's model XT600, now one of them is not available. Luckily I don't need another.... It seems that if enough demand is there the pattern parts makers in UK will step up. They make some pretty good knock offs, probably every bit as good as oem and in some cases better plastic.

I need to buy a set of RED front fork boots, I know this topic has been addressed and there is junk out there and some good ones, anyone offhand know which is the good ones. I am ready to buy.....

Steve

Well so much for the pristine 86 xt, the good woman crashed it this weekend. :fall: She is ok, just a little road rash - same with the old lady.
