cheers xt addict, I would be intrested in blue tank, fairing, h/lamp bracket, head light unit, light wiring harness (complete), kill and starter switch, rear master cylinder, res and line (not so much the line) and a battery cradle for my 3aj, as the current one has been butchered, maybe some other bits I cant think of right now. There is no rush as I intend to use these to upgrade at a financially and laid-back way. post some pics if you can as and when. Oh a front brake calliper wouldent go amiss.

Cheers socks You can pm me if you wish

the parts i listed where for my use, i will have a look and see if i can match most of your list though, not sure about the tank, i have one thet might be spare but its been treated and lined and cost a bloody fortune to have done (wont fall in that trap again), its a real b'stard to get on the bike as its a very tight fit, i will be plodding over in a couple of weeks

Yep, I am in the shadows of Canary Wharf and was here when real sailing boats moored up here in the lower dock (just).
I love the story a fellow resident told to me some years ago about living on the IOD (back then it was always asked, Where?) an assumption that it was out in the Thames estuary somewhere.) Anyway story was = When I heard a car coming down the road, I would turn and look to see if I knew the driver, so as to get a lift (not much of a bus service) Today I look to see if the fuckers are tryin to run me over as the traffic is now none stop and on the wrong side of the road. Not many pubs left here since the new build. :campfire: stuff maybe.
Geezer Maybe, Stock trader, what you wanna buy?

Anyway "xtaddict, front calliper and battery cradle top of the wish list, followed by loom, the loom I would like to look at with a view to rebuilding to a higher spec.

Tea or coffee at the Ace cafe perhaps one day.(anyyone)

Oh did you all see the idea of a uk "XT festival weekend" on another ( :omg: ) forum? (should join really)but would much rather be in sunnier climes.

socks,
there was going to be a uk tenere meet in gloucester, but due to date clashes with the tt it was canxelled before it got to indepth, who else is doing one??
I am going to the swiss event in august, but would go to a uk one as well, dont do the ace cafe, dont really do much city riding, maybe you should escape the city and have a trundle around this way, nr chelmsford, if you like going on byways we have plenty of those, some are badly rutted, some havent seen 4x4's.
Pm me, (my 3aj has about another week and a half before being all complete waiting for a couple of degree rise in temperature, too bloody cold in the shed) so once done i can see what i have left and also for getting back to you about the bits from the breakers

Well out of the two the German one looked the cleanest, most stuff out of Germany is in pretty good nick.

That chopper crash was a bad one eh, just been reading about it, lucky that crane driver was late to work. :omg:
