1986 TT600 rear spring help

Hi there,

Does anyone have the specifications for the original rear shock spring of the TT600s 1985-86?

My spring has lost its ... well spring as the bike is sagging on the rear. Looking to replace just the spring on its own but as always, very hard to find any off the shelf stuff for these bikes in the UK so was hoping to use the specs to see what the suspension companies can do.

Equally if someone knows where to get a replacement one in the UK that would be much appreciated. Ideally maybe a spring set up to my weight.

See what you mean. The usual places don’t even have a drop down menu for those years TTs. Can you keep the rest of the shock or is it all tired?
The suspension part numbers are similar to Tenere on parts lists , but not identical. Got a suspension shop anywhere near you? They could calculate what you need. Too much of an upgraded spring might be too much for the old unit though. Wilbers would be ideal but they are offline at the mo, I believe.

Did you get a Wilbers shock or anything after? Just seen the price on their site.
