hi, they're known as Glacier bushes.
They are often used in extreme conditions, agriculture, forestry etc.
You can get them in various types but the two common types are DX or DU.
Both have a PTFE lining but the DX has the indents to keep grease or oil in them, the DU is plain. Both will work well with no problem for the application we're using them.
I've used them on various motorcycles for at least the last ten years.
Make sure the hole you're inserting them into is clean and well prepared, and ideally use or vice or proper press, otherwise you'll destroy them.
You can also use oilite bushes in the same application, which are more forgiving than the glacier bushes when pressing them in.
You should also check the bearing surface on the fastener, part number 36 on the diagram. If the bush is damaged it's guaranteed to have damaged the bolt.
